  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping Times: We are still a small company, and although we pride ourselves on working for you 24x7, we are also at the mercy of our local post office. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, and we strive to get orders out the same day or within 24 hours (max of 72 hours in our busy season or after a sale). Shipping rates are standard shipping through USPS first class on anything under 1lb and then USPS priority mail for orders over 1lb. We will provide tracking information and delivery estimates after the order leaves our location. If an order is placed on Friday evening, it will not get packed and shipped until Monday, then the delivery time starts.   • Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship internationally.
  • I just placed an order, when will my item ship?"
    Generally, we ship within 1-3 business days. Please note that due to COVID-19, there are some delays in transit; we appreciate your patience.
  • If I place an order that contains 'pre order' and 'in stock' items, will the 'in stock' items be sent separately? Can I split my order?"
    If you order a pre-order item with in-stock items, your complete order will ship once ALL items are in stock. If you need to receive items separately, you must place a separate order, as we need to cover shipping costs. Please order carefully, as we DO NOT split orders once they are placed. However, if you placed your order and you are desperate for the in-stock item to come first (we get it!), you may be able to pay additional shipping to split your order.
